Housed in the car park on the edge of the Farmers Market, but don’t let that put you off. Short Order was a recommendation given to us by The Diner back here in London, so we knew it’d be good. A concept incorporating the two owners shared desire to support local farmers. WHAT: Classic comfort food – burgers, melts, custard shakes, fries and salads. We were only there for five days and crammed in as many restaurants as we could, thank you to all that gave us recommendations. If I could uproot all I love to California, I’d do it in a heartbeat. I don’t think I’ve been as happy as I was there since I returned. I didn’t expect to love LA quite as much as I did, but I fell in love hook line and sinker. Add to that the impeccable service and sun and it’s pretty hard to beat. From burgers to salads, pretty much everything we ate in LA was so good, one dish was one of the best things we’ve ever eaten.
